Where do I purchase tickets?

Purchase your tickets online here (opening April 1st). Please ensure that you have your confirmation email open, showing the QR code and ID available when you arrive on-site. Some on-site tickets might be available for sale closer to the event; however, purchase them in advance for the best savings and guarantee of attendance.

Can I purchase tickets at the event?

Sale of Exhibition and Spectator tickets will be available for purchase. However we may have limited day-of tickets on-site, and we may sell out due to parking restrictions. To guarantee yourself a spot at the event, purchase a ticket online.

Can I register my vehicle at the event for judging?

Due to the sheer size of our event we are only offering ONLINE registration for show competition. This registration will be cut off two weeks prior to the show date. If you forget to register your vehicle online, we do offer EXHIBITION parking within the show grounds for European cars only.

Car show vehicle judging

Our event will begin judging Saturday  through to Sunday. Please show up early!

SUN: 9am – 11am

You are welcome to leave your vehicle on-site in the show grounds Saturday evening. Please note that if you do so you will not be allowed to access your vehicle after 5pm. For those that need to leave and return Sunday please show up before 11am Full detailing is available on-site both Saturday & Sunday.

Show Car Rues

All registered show vehicles must remain on the show grounds from 9am to 5pm. We do not let you leave unless it’s an absolute emergency. Please understand this is a CAR SHOW and spectators are coming out to see your amazing ride.

Camping

The Grand Bend Motorplex campground can accommodate roughly 2000 people.

Camping spots are based on first come first serve and all persons are required to purchase and individual pass with accepting our (waiver) rules and regulations.

None of the sites are serviced however we have a campground washroom building with hot showers and water taps are available.

There is also a sanitary sewer RV dump station behind the campground washroom building and ice and firewood is available for purchase.

(All campers must purchase a weekend pass online)

Camping Rules

• ADULT ONLY CAMPING – All persons booking must be 18 years of age or older at the time the permit is issued. The person signing the permit must occupy the site.
• All camping bookings require full payment of the Camping Fee for the entire duration of stay, plus the
• Fees are applied to a per person basis, and camping is from Friday @12pm to Sunday @6pm.
• Parking will be allowed within the campground, on the basis that that car remains parked and no excessive behavior is made.
• All campers are required to clean up after themselves and keep the grounds in good clean condition.
• Security will be onsite (ZERO TOLERANCE for abusive behavior!!! No Fireworks, No Fighting, No Two Stepping after 11pm, If you are caught drinking and driving you will be removed by OPP)

Other Accommodations

Please note Grand Bend is one of southern Ontario’s hottest travel destinations, and it’s imperative that book your accommodations as soon as possible. Should you wish to book any other accommodations within the area, PLEASE BOOK RIGHT AWAY before everything has been taken!

Will there be any food at the show?

There are multiple food truck locations setup throughout the event.

First Aid

There will be First Aid available on the grounds during show hours only. The closest hospital is in Exeter.

Are cash machines available onsite?

There will be an ATM available during show hours only.

Washrooms

We have a verity of washrooms available with accessibility. Some of the washroom facilities offer hot showers and water taps are available.

Mini Bikes /  ATVs / Scooters

We do not allow mini bikes, ATVs or scooters without handicap stickers on the grounds. The reason for this is that they have the potential to scratch the cars.

Alcohol Rules

No outside alcohol is permitted on the event grounds. If you are camping all alcohol must remain in camping.

Are Pets allowed onsite

Berlin Klassik allows pets onsite but all pets must be leashed at all times, and be fully accompanied . (DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PET IN THE CAR!)

Cancellations, Refunds and Resale of Tickets

1. All purchases made directly thru Berlin Klassik are final and non-refundable.
Unfortunately you can’t receive a refund if you can’t attend the event.

2. If the 2022 Berlin Klassik is cancelled due to a government order or declaration of Public Health Emergency by the State or County due to COVID-19, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid to Berlin Klassik within 60 days of that cancellation. If the event is canceled, you do not need to do anything to obtain your refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.

3. Berlin Klassik reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time
Updates to the Berlin Klassik Refund Policy may occur from time to time and we encourage you to stay informed by re-visiting this page on occasion.

4. This is a rain or shine event. The Berlin Klassik event are held regardless of weather conditions. Please be aware there will be no refund given due to inclement weather.

Will the event be wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we will accommodate any person with special requirements.

Spectator parking

General parking is available close to registration check-in.

Children

Berlin Klassik is a family-friendly event. Remind your children there is a no touch policy on vehicles. All children under the age of 6 are free.

Lost property

A lost and found will be located at the main building at Grand Bend Motorplex.

Car club cruises

If you would like to schedule a cruise event form your home city please notify us and we would be please to post it for others to see what cruises are taking place.

Can we bring food/drinks to the festival?

You are not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages to the venue, and there is no tailgating at Drive Festival. A wide range of food will be available on site.

You are permitted to bring beverages and food to the venue.
