The Grand Bend Motorplex campground can accommodate roughly 2,000 people . 

None of the sites are serviced however we have a campground washroom building with hot showers and water taps are available.

There is also a sanitary sewer RV dump station behind the campground washroom building and ice and firewood is available for purchase.

(All campers must purchase a weekend pass)

This years EURO KLASSIK beach tour is like no other show and will be an unforgettable experience!

Saturday check-in from 9am – 8pm
Check out is Sunday at 5pm.

Camping Polics:

• • ADULT ONLY CAMPING – All persons booking must be 18 years of age or older at the time the permit is issued. The person signing the permit must occupy the site.
• • All camping bookings require full payment of the Camping Fee for the entire duration of stay, plus the non-refundable reservation fee, at the time that reservation is made.
• • Fees are applied to a per person basis, and camping is from Friday July 5th @12pm to Sunday July 7 2024.
• • Parking will be allowed within the campground, on the basis that that car remains parked and no excessive behavior is made.
• • All campers are required to clean up after themselves and keep the grounds in good clean condition.
• • Security will be onsite (ZERO TOLERANCE for abusive behavior!!! No Fireworks, No Fighting, No Two Stepping after 11pm, If you are caught drinking and driving you will be removed by OPP)

ADULT CAMPING AREA:
All camping reservations require the signature/acceptance of terms and conditions of
a person 18 years of age or older at the time the permit is issued.

FAMILY CAMPING AREA:
Adults 18 and older are responsible and must supervise all members in their group. Children and teen members of the group must be in the company of their parents when using the property.

ALCOHOL:
Alcohol is permitted only within the campgrounds, and to those of legal age. No alcohol consumption is permitted inside of the event. NO GLASS bottles are permitted!
(If you are caught drinking and driving you will be removed by OPP)

QUIET TIME:
Quiet time is 11:30 pm to 8:00 am. Please refrain from any activity that might disturb other campers.

RADIOS:
Radios are permitted, but the sound level must be reasonable. Please respect others around you, otherwise we will ask to turn it off.

VEHICLES:
Motorized vehicles are to be used only for transportation to and from the campground. No motors of any type, are allowed to be driven around the camping area.
Parking will be allowed within the campground, on the basis that car remains parked and no excessive behaviour is made.

PETS:
Pets must be on a leash at all times and all campers are required to clean up after themselves.

INJURY OR DAMAGE:
Willfully causing of injury to a person or damage to the grounds will not be tolerated. The event nor security will not be responsible for accidents or injury to campers or guests, or loss of money, jewellery, equipment or valuables of any kind. Anyone causing an annoyance to other campers will be required to leave upon notification of the security or police.

• Any person who fails to follow these written rules and regulations or verbal instructions from the event staff or security is subject to removal from CAMPING

• This also includes unsportsmanlike behaviour, excessive profanity, or anything else deemed inappropriate by our staff.

Waiver:

In consideration of the monies presented and the signing of the entry form, the undersigned hereby releases EURO Klassik, it promoters, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all unknown liabilities, claims, judgments, injuries, losses or damages which may occur during the event. It is expected that the participants will observe all known and posted rules, regulations and laws, and it is understood that EURO Klassik & Grand Bend Motorplex holds the right to restrict entrants for any reason. Entrants should realize photographs and/or video film may be taken of their vehicles and/or their persons.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
BY AGREEING THESE TERMS YOU WILL WAIVE CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE.

I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE, ON BEHALF OF MYSELF, MY HEIRS, ASSIGNS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND NEXT OF KIN THAT MY EXECUTION OF THIS DOCUMENT CONSTITUTES:

1. AN UNQUALIFIED ASSUMPTION BY ME OF ALL RISKS associated with my participation in the EVENT even if arising from the negligence or gross negligence, including any compounding or aggravation of injuries caused by negligent rescue operations or procedures, of the Releasees, as that term is defined below, and any persons associated therewith or otherwise participating in the EVENT in any capacity.

2. A FULL AND FINAL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have, or may in the future have, against any person(s), entities or organization(s) associated in any way with the EVENT including the track owners and lessees, promoters, sanctioning bodies, racing associations, or any subdivision thereof, track operators, sponsors, advertisers, car owners and other participants, rescue personnel, event inspectors, underwriters, consultants and others who give recommendations, directions or instructions or engage in risk evaluation and loss control activities, regarding the EVENT or event premises, or any one or more of them and their respective directors, officers, employees, guides, contractors, agents and representatives (all of whom are collectively referred to as “the Releasees”) from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense that I may suffer as a result of my use of or my presence at the event facilities or my participation in any part of, or my presence in any capacity at, the EVENT ,due to any cause whatsoever, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE, INCLUDING ANY DUTY OF CARE OWED UNDER THE RELEVANT OCCUPIERS LIABILITY ACT ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES.

3. AN AGREEMENT NOT TO SUE THE RELEASEES for any loss, injury, costs or damages of any form or type, howsoever caused or arising, and whether directly or indirectly from my participation in any aspect(s) of the EVENT.

4. AN AGREEMENT TO INDEMNIFY, and to SAVE and HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES, and each of them, from any litigation expense, legal fees, liability, damage, award or cost, of any form or type whatsoever, they may incur due to any claim made against them or any one of them by me or on my behalf, or that of my estate, whether the claim is based on the negligence or the gross negligence of the Releasees or otherwise as stated above.

5. AN AGREEMENT that this document be governed by the laws, and in the courts, of the Province in which the EVENT occurs.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT AND I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH I AND MY HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS AND ASSIGNS MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASEES.
